I Made Nothing is a challenge to the way we view “women’s work” today. I am taking into context the history and purpose of this mode of creating and turning it into something not only useless, exhaustive, and pointless, but also something that still holds relevance in a modern society. Challenging these connotations reclaims women’s work—taking it back as my own. In the end, I made nothing.
